Amna Asghar founded YOUTH&ASIA in Detroit in 2024.

Originally conceived as an exhibition title, Y&A is a concept shop of Amna Asghar Studio. Using the archive as a collection of found and saved imagery, the compiled ephemera partakes in a new way of story telling through art and object, for onlookers and creatives alike. We are a company found by and designed by artists, looking to expand our community of cultural curiosity.

YOUTH&ASIA is a platform celebrating the culture and people, offering a curated collection of unique items.

One of our key projects, Closebyanything, will collaborate with artists from Detroit and beyond to create exclusive art pieces and objects. This initiative aims to provide the community with access to these artists' talent and creative processes, bringing limited editions and one-of-a-kind works directly to you. We look forward to growing together with our community!
